PETROWORKS 1.6 8 valve and 16 valve wiring harness conversions.

Want to put in a bigger motor into your Samurai and feel you are up to the task to do it yourself?

Well along with our adapter kit which allows you put the motor and transmission into your car, you still have to wire it.  Wiring can be a nightmare for the faint at heart.

We make it very easy for you.  Send us your COMPLETE wiring harness (1.6 8v, 1.6 16v ODBI, or 1.6 16v ODB2) and we will professionally clean, unwrap and clean again.

We remove all the uneeded wires, lengthen the wires needed to dress the harness in correctly. All cut wires are soldered and professionally shrink wrapped. Once complete we will then

wrap your harness lightly in Scotch 33 3m electrical tape, then wrap it again with split loom and secure it with Scotch 33 3m electrical tape.

Our design incorporates built in circuit protection using an inline 15amp fuse.

Our design also incorporates a built in starter relay.

Pricing starts at $550 pending on what type harness is provided (1.6 8v, 1.6 16v OBD1, or 1.6 16v OBD2).
