Old Man Emu Dakar Springs for the Jeep YJ Wrangler are great for doing a Jeep YJ Spring Under Conversion on your Samurai.

Not as complicated as a YJ Spring Over but still gives you a much better ride both on and off road and will give your vehicle an added 4+" of lift. This will allow you to run up to 32" tires.

What do you need to complete this conversion?

2 Front and 2 Rear Shocks

Longer Brake lines Front

Longer Front Shock Towers

Driveshaft Spacers

YJ Spring Conversion Kit front and Rear (We use the Trail Tough Kit and can sell that to you)

Welding is still required to install the above mentioned components.

How do we do the conversion?

We use a Trail Tough basic YJ conversion kit.

Doetsch Tech shocks for the front and rear

11" longer than stock brake lines in the front and 5" longer than stock in the rear

2 1" driveshaft spacers

We modify the front Sway bar upper mounts keep the sway bar on for on road driving and pin the front shackles for stability on the road.

This is one awesome setup without the hassles of a YJ spring over. And the best part is you dont have to worry about finding the right combination/year of YJ Spring packs.
