Suzuki Sidekick Geo Tracker 1.6L 8v Head Complete with Cam, Rocker Arms, and Rocker Shafts.

Due to the success of our 1.6 16v heads, we've now expanded our offering to include 1.6 8v heads as well. These engines often run hot and suffer from poor maintenance, leading to cracked, non-rebuildable heads. We rebuild engine heads using stock cam, rocker arms, and rocker shafts; for those looking to build their own head with custom components, check out our New 1.6 8V Head. All heads built per order, and you can expect your head to be shipped within 1-3 business days from purchase.

- Head has been checked to ensure there are no cracks, warpage and that the quench depth is correct

• There is a $400.00 Refundable Core Charge associated with this item. Once we receive your rebuildable head back we will credit your account.
What constitutes a rebuildable head?  No Cracks, cam bearing surfaces are not scored, valves and springs assembled. A cylinder head is considered "non-rebuildable" if it has significant cracks, severe warping, extensive damage to the valve seats or guides, broken or severely worn camshaft journals, extensive internal or external damage, or had extensive machining.
