Doug Thorley 1.6 16v Header

The Doug Thorley Header is the ONLY 50 state SMOG legal header for the Suzuki Samurai.

Don't be fooled by imitation Samurai Headers. Doug Thorley has been producing these headers in the United States since the 1990's.

Made from Stainless Steel, in Sunny Southern California at the Dough Thorley plant. Thorley headers no longer come chrome or ceramic coated. Stainless Steel.

Requires

This header is designed to bolt up to your existing STOCK exhaust system. However, the included collector will allow any exhaust shop to install an aftermarket exahuast system. If going this route it is adviseable to not go beyond 1 3/4" inside diameter pipe as the Samurai Motor Does like the backpressure for proper operation and to pass SMOG.  Also, mounting the CAT as close to the collector as possible will help keep the CAT hot enough to pass SMOG.
