The Doug Thorley Header is the ONLY 50 state SMOG legal header for the Suzuki Samurai.

Don't be fooled by imitation Samurai Headers. Doug Thorley has been producing these headers in the United States since the 1990's.

Do you want a more throaty sound to your 1.3 or 1.6 8v motor?

Made from Stainless Steel in Sunny Southern California at the Dough Thorley plant.

Requires

This header is designed to bolt up to your existing STOCK exhaust system. However, the included collector will allow any exhaust shop to install an aftermarket exhaust system. If going this route it is advisable to not go beyond 1 3/4" inside diameter pipe as the Samurai Motor Does like the back pressure for proper operation and to pass SMOG.  Also, mounting the CAT as close to the collector as possible will help keep the CAT hot enough to pass SMOG.

    I have not installed it yet, but it appears to be excellent quality and strongly built. Vendor communicated well, and it arrived earlier than I expected.
