Suzuki uses Hitachi Carburetors on United States model Samurais. This is perhaps one of the most complex carburetor designs on the market and they are next to impossible for the shade tree mechanic to rebuild. We rebuild the carburetors with all new seals, gaskets and refurbished components. Each carburetor comes with the correct base gaskets. Yes, we have found that the gaskets used by just about everyone are wrong. Even we fell into a false sense of security until we noticed a difference on the dyno. All carbs are rebuilt in house, installed, and tested on the vehicle it will be running on.

Please note that we do not sell carburetors. Any Carburetor Repair or Rebuild Services, must have the whole vehicle dropped off or delivered to us.
