They say that imitation is the most sincere form of flattery. Over 19 years ago we got tired of playing with aftermarket clutch options for the Samurai with a lift and bigger tires. So we sought out a clutch builder and had them design for us a stock type clutch that would not add any resistance at the pedal while increasing heat dissipation and just not give out due to the extremes that off road cars go through.
They came up with the exact combination that we were looking for by using ceramic pucks on the flywheel side. The ceramic pucks dissipate heat much better and do not loose the ability to maintain positive friction on the flywheel without having to add more spring pressure on the clutch cover.
Over the years we can count how many of these clutches we have gotten back. All of them were returned due to improper installation, or a manufacturer flaws.
Since then other companies have come out with their own versions that are direct copies of the original.

NOTE: This setup is for Suzuki Samurai Transmissions with 1.3 or 1.6 Motors.
